Winifreds' deal with the 3 Aspects includes duties pertaining to Craniac being a technician and a loyal staff. Knocking out two birds with one stone, craniac built these stilt walking patrols in the factory of the Monstruss District. Since Winifred and the general populace of her world are unable to harm Ne'er-Do-Well Rogue Monsters in a substantial way for the time being (due to...a certain lack of foresight on the Aspects part), these creatures patrol and fight in both the district and the underburbs.

Equipped with blades, these monsters are lightweight and are kings among D class monsters, though the lack of armor means when they go down...they go down hard. They shouldn't be any problem to innocents, as they are fiercely loyal to Winifred and her friends.
