King Ghost stencil/minimalist/paper cut

Was orking on stencils in art class, and I created this villain.

with an unpronounceable laugh, King Ghost rules over the spirits and ghosts still walking the earth. aside from severe mind-effery, shapshifting, and invisibility King Ghost also weilds his own weapon, Dödens klocka, a bell with the ability to transform the wielders targets into objects or weaponry. King Ghost himself is rather insecure despite the powers he wields, or maybe it's because of them that he's insecure. He's a little desparate for affection as a result, and a little emotional, but aside from his shannanigans, he is a nice guy. at the moment Tophat has sent him to the T.B.-1 dimention to scout.
